Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Rates and Estimates
Shipping costs vary depending on the destination, weight, and dimensions of your order. The exact shipping cost will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

2. Processing Time
All orders are processed within seven (7) business days. Due to the custom nature of most of our products and handmade jewelry, processing times may vary depending on the complexity of the design and type of product. Custom orders may require additional time.

3. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
We use different carriers to deliver your orders. Available shipping options and estimated delivery time will be available at the checkout.

4. Order Tracking
After your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your package.

5. Shipping Restrictions
Currently, we do not ship to some P.O. Boxes or international locations. Orders with these addresses may be cancelled and refunded.

6. International Shipping
Currently, we do not ship internationally, only to the United States and Puerto Rico.

7. Lost or Damaged Packages
We take great care when packaging your orders, but in the rare event that a package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us within seven (7) days of the estimated delivery date. We will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue.

8. Returns and Exchanges
Please refer to our Returns and Refunds Policy for details on how to return or exchange items, where we deem applicable. Additional shipping fees may apply.

9. Exceptions and Delivery Issues
If the carrier is unable to deliver your package due to an incorrect address, absence at the delivery location, or other issue, the package may be returned to us. We will contact you to arrange a new delivery, but additional shipping fees may apply.
