Return and refund policy

We only accept returns in cases where damage or problems are identified. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately, no later than five (5) days after receiving your item if it is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can assess the problem and correct it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unworn, with tags and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items that are returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (such as coffee), personalized products (such as special orders, print on demand – POD or custom items), socks, or swimwear, among others. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Changes

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept exchanges. However, you can always contact us for any questions about the item in lienzopoetico@gmail.com. Any exception in return or exchange is at the discretion of Lienzo Poético. If a return or exchange is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

If we accept your return, we will notify you once we have received and inspected your returned item, and let you know whether the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Remember that it may also take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
